We are a small Mexican family owned business providing local and international customers with quality printing and embroidery for more than 20 years.
Rick, the boss man, has been in the apparel printing industry for 35+ years. He worked in multiple print shops in the Houston area; starting in the 80's until he decided to open his own business in 2003.
Later on his wife Lupe and two daughters Jannette and Kimberly joined the business too.
He has a great knowledge in printing that he's helped pass along to our other printers and will ensure that your apparel is printed and embroidered in high quality.
Most of our employees have been with us for many years to deliver quality work and service. With their help we've grown from a garage, to a 2400 sqft building, to a 10000 sqft warehouse to now two warehouses with a combined 20000 sqft.
We all continue to work at finding better ways to ensure your order runs smoothly. That your experience is enjoyable and easy, from placing your order until you receive it.

These are all of the people here at R&R that work together to make sure your order runs smooth. From our office customer service reps that take your orders, our art department that works on your designs, our receiving clerks that make sure your goods are received correctly, our production teams (screen printing & embroidery) that decorate your goods
and our shipping department!
OFFICE PEOPLE!
These are the people that help with any questions you have.
They give quotes, take orders and help you throughout your order process. Any updates you need or changes need to be made will be taken care of by them.
ART DEPARTMENT
We have in house graphic designers that help you come up with designs or if you already have one that's cool too! We proof all the art that comes through to make sure the size, placement and colors are all good.
SCREEN PRINTING DEPT
Here are the production team in the printing department! We have the printers that run the machines, their assistants and the catchers that do quality control and package up your orders for pickup or shipping.
EMBROIDERY DEPT
Our embroidery team is completely ran by women! They create your sew outs for approval, run the machines, and cut and clean to make sure your embroidery logos look nice and crisp when they make their way to you.
RECEIVING DEPT
Another woman ran department! They ensure that all goods delivered are the correct style, color and size. They can go through hundreds of boxes week, a tough job but these girls get it done!
SHIPPING DEPT
Last but not least is our shipping department ran by one woman. She retrieves orders from each department, matches orders, weighs, ships and creates packing slips all on her own.
